An Ordinance enacted
Hong Kong with the advice of the Legislative Jouncil there of entitled The Chinese Passenger Ordinance 1894.
Whereas it is enacted by Section 2 of the.
Chinese Passengers Act 1855 that it shall be lawful for the Regiolature of Hong Kong by any Opdenance
to be by their enacted
for that purpose to make regulations
respecting Chinese Rassenger. Phips and in the case of
