in this Colony.
This Ordinance extends to British Possessions provisions similar to those already in force with regard to the blucked Kingdous by oihue of Ordinance 140f 1892 and thus carries out the principles of the (Imperial / Colonial Probates Hot 1892.
It will be observed that the Ordinance is supplementary to Ardinance 14 of 1892, which (as pointed out by the Secretary of State in 203. 151 of 19th June 1895) has been made the basis for an Arder of Her Mapsty in Council applying the imperial svict to toughong, (Allder 15th March 1893).
