by the Acting Captain Superintendent of Police, and to request that the Crown Agents may
be instruated
to issue pension to Mr. Hadden
in future at the rate of $150 per
annum,
and to deduct the amount
paid in excess to him from the next payment due on account
of pension.

RECE REG 4 SEP 35

I find that Acting Sergeant Hadden was pensioned
on the salary and allowance of an Acting Sergeant whereas he should
only have been pensioned on the salary of a Constable, as the allow-
ance granted to an Acting Sergeant is not pensionable; the amount
should be therefore reduced from $159 to $150.
