Net saving $2856 per annum,
of the Officer I have mentioned Mr. Ng Kwai Shang
and Mr. Hung Kan-ning are valuable Officers. The former is
capable of any Clerical work requiring high intelligence and
general aptitude. The latter is an excellent interpreter and
has a very good knowledge of English written and oral.
The changes I have proposed can be made
whenever His Excellency see fits to order them.
