With reference to my lettersNO. 526 and 631 of the 19th and 30t)

ultimo and to the proceedings in Executive Council at the meeting

which was beld on the 4th instant to consider the charges preferred

against you by the Colonial Surgeon, I am directed to inform you that

after further consideration of your case His Excellency the Governor

bas decided that the charges of Chronic Alcoholism and disobedience

of orders have been proved against you, and has accordingly recomment recommen

ed your dismissal from the service of this Government to the Secretal

ry of State.

No further pay will be issued to you after

this date pending the receipt of His Lordship's decision on your casi
