increasing in Hong-Kong. Dr. Lowson sent for me to go to the Kennedy town
police station, and bave it got ready for the reception of plague stricken Lad
patients, I went there at once and have every thing ready in about two hours.
I stayed there day and night until the 10th day of June for which services
I have received no acknowledgement whatever.
In conclusion I wish to state that I
shall be glad to answer questions, either verbally or in writing, bearing
on the charges prefered against me. But I venture to hope that my explanation
of the matter will bd entirely satisfactory to the Colonial Surgeon and the
Government of Hong-Kong.
