"I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt
of your despatch No.113 of the 30th. August and to inform you
that I have been glad to receive your testimony to the value
of Chief Justice Goodman's services to the Colony, and that
I recognize the special indebtedness of British Honduras to
him for his work on the compilation and codification of the
Consolidated Laws,"
