of the exchange compensation thereine referred to, he having accept. ed the said compensation; I have also the honour to request instruct ions as to the payment of exchange compensation to the officers empleyed semporarily
or otherwise on the Praya Reclamation Work who are desirous of accepting the said comparation,
and the date from which such com pensation shall commence, viz-
