Sir,
I have the honor to inform you that the
S.S. 'Seine' with the Labuan-Hongkong Cable on board
left the Thames this morning for Labuan, where she is
expected to arrive about the end of next month. She
will then at once proceed to lay the Cable to Hongkong
which will in all probability be completed and opened
for Traffic during the month of May.
