a favourable opportunity occur.

As regards the attack on American Missionary Ladies referred to in the same paragraph, I under-

stand from my United States Colleague that the mat-

ter has been arranged very satisfactorily by the

local Authoriuies.

It does not therefore seem a

matter in which I am called upon to interfere.
