Referring to your letter of the 30 January/12th February,
I have the honour to transmit to you, for the information of the Secretary of State, a copy of the Agreement into which we have entered on behalf of the Government of Hong Kong with Miss Anne & Veusuddvalle on her appointment as a nurse in the Govt Civil Hospital in that Colony.
A passage has been provided for Miss Veusuddvalle in the steamship "Glengle" sailing from London on the 31st instant.
