Report by
the Attorney General. Ordinance No 11 of 1894.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to amend the Spirit Licenses Ordinance 1886, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
Section 1 effects a slight increase in distillery Licenses. Section 2 increases Wholesale and Grocers Licenses and Section 3 slightly increases the Chinese Spirit licenses.
