Her Majesty's gaols at Hong Kong, to forfeit all pay that may be due or may become due to him to the date of his discharge from prison and to be discharged from the ship's books at the expiration of his sentence of imprisonment. The pay forfeited to be retained by way of compensation to the owners to meet expenses which have been properly incurred in hiring a substitute.
And the said Court in accordance with the powers contained in section 243 of 17 and 18 Vic: c. 104, orders that the accused Otsubo, be imprisoned and kept to hard labour, for the period of nine weeks from this date in one of Her Majesty's gaols at Hong Kong, to forfeit all pay that may be due or become due to him to the date of his discharge from prison and to be discharged from the ship's books at the expiration of his sentence of imprisonment and the pay forfeited to be retained by way of compensation to the owners to meet expenses which have been properly incurred in hiring a substitute.
And the said Court in accordance with the power contained in section 243 of 17 and 18 Vic: c. 104 orders that the accused Ogawa, be imprisoned and kept to hard labour for the period of five weeks from this date in one of Her Majesty's gaols at Hong Kong, to forfeit all pay that may be due or become due to him to the date of his discharge from prison and to be discharged from the ship's books at the expiration of his sentence of imprisonment. The pay forfeited to be retained by way of compensation to the owners to meet expenses which have been properly incurred in hiring a substitute.
