Sir,
I have the honour to transmit to Your Excellency certified copies of the following documents relating to the proceedings of a Naval Court held at Honolulu on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th days of November, 1894, to investigate a complaint made by the Master of the British Steamship "Nanshan" of the Port of London, Official Number 87,190 against certain seamen of the said ship mentioned in the said documents.
1. Certified copy of Finding and Award of the said Court, marked as "Annex No. 22" to the report of proceedings.
