In conclusion & to most respectfully, and with many apologies for troubling your Lordship, to pray your Lordship to accord your sanction and approval to the Mr. Jones's half-pay suggested distribution of gratuities in the Honourable the Harbour Master's letter of the 14th August last, and to decide that "Query 108" does not apply to the arrangements made in this and similar cases.
