July 1894 justify

Your Lordships in granting me the full pension I claim, even if I

was not

strictly entitled to it under

rules.

I therefore pray that Your Lordship will take all those facts into Your mind consideration, and in return

for my long and faithful services

will be pleased to grant the full pension I now ask

for.
