of Examiners on the final examination of Mr N. Nolan, Student Interpreter and to recommend that he be appointed an Interpreter at a salary of $100 per mensem in accordance with Clause π of the Regulations which were transmitted to Your Lordship's department in Sir G.W. Des Voeux's despatch No: 176 of the 1st June, 1889.
The other recommendations of the Board in regard to Mr. Nolan will be carried out.
