Though not strictly bearing on the question, I may inform Your Lordship that the revenue derived from the Quarry Farm during the current year has been increased
by $8,000
in consequence of the advice which I tendered to Government in connection with the subject. The amount of the original Tender was,
$7,200, whilst the amount realized at public auction was $15,250.
