I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance to amend the Women and Girls Protection Ordinance 1890" and Ordinance W. 14 of 1891, entitled "An Ordinance to amend, 'The Women and Girls' Protection Ordinance, 1890',"
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
