I am instructed by the Committee of this Chamber to direct the attention of the Government to an Order in the Executive Council of 30th October, 1893, by which the Sunday Labour Ordinance, No 6 of 6th May, 1891, has been amended to the extent that it permits all mail steamers, provided Hongkong is not their terminal port, to discharge - Honble J.
