(As to para. C. of the Prayer of the Petition) The time when payment shall be made for the removal and reclamation of 53 feet in front of the said wharf Lot 1826 is six months after the reclamations in front of the said Marine Lot 84, shall have been commenced according to Ordinance No 7 of 1893 Section 3, Sub-section A, B.
And we are fully convinced that the slight damage caused by the unsaid sharp in Rover 1891, the Contractor whilst constructing the pure and proper "foundations" of the Sea Wall and Embankment Marine Lot 185, were of so trifling a nature that they have already demonstrated, that the outer portion of the said structure could not possibly have been removed for so slight a cause.
