The aforesaid forms, owing for the most part "Bonded Ford" as a rule, though taken away on small quantities, are, as a rule, brought and are required by their owners for numerous and varied purposes. Consequently the earning power of the remaining portion of the wharf is exactly the same (neither more nor less) than the earning power of the whole, before the outer portion was removed.
