W. Leclay Campbell Bannerman that the following telegram has just been received from Sir W. Robin.
Mistake in telegram "of 16th June 'Libson in garrison discharged". His Lordship would be glad if Mr Campbell Bannerman would communicate this information to the friends of Private Gibson.
