The National Bank of China Limited is a regularly incorporated and registered Company, duly formed in London under the Companies Acts 1862-1892. By its Memorandum and articles of association, it is empowered, as part of its business, to issue Bank notes.
The Shares of the Bank are of the value of £10 each. A sum of £8 has been called up, leaving a liability of £2.
