With regard to the Medical aspect of the disease, there is yet much to be learnt.
We are, as far as possible, in the time allowed between experiments, visiting the patients, ascertaining Cultivation of bacilli, microscopic examination of the blood, as to the exact mode of infection, incubation and the best methods of prophylaxis and treatment.
To thoroughly work out these will be the work of several months.
