This point was decided against W. Ackroyd in minutes 15879/92I : bust and par. 4 of desp" in that paper was intended to convey That decision, but by a slip that par referred to "family remittances "instead of to leave-salary pensions 'n Them Context however showed what was meant.
As to the Earlier desh" (on 159%89.90) quoted by W. Ackroyd on pp. 2, 3 of "first enclosure & present deaft see my pencil minutes in margin of his remarks.
