having on the 13th and 27th Feby., 6th, 13th and 22nd of March last heard the claims to Crown Leases of the Villagers of Shaukiwan and district including
the
Villages of Tsin Shui Ma Tau, Kankan Hak, Yo Kan Wai, Sai Wan Ho, Kwai Chun Lung,
and Wong Kok Tsui in the District of Shaukiwan West, have the honour to report to His Excellency the
Officer Administering the Government as follows:-
