Ind Ds 8 Dec.1894 With reference to despatch no. 79 of 6th April last I have the honour to forward, for your information, the enclosed extracts from correspondence between the Colonial Agents for the Colonies and the Actuary, Mr. W. A. J. Finlaison C.B., relative to questions arising out of the rules of the Widows and Orphans Pension Fund, to which allusion was made in my last despatch no. 30 of 2nd ultimo.
