there are no
substantial
reasons,
for
allowing interest
to the Lotholders on
their contributions beyond
any mistaken
instalment
the first, I will not
press the point, if it involves any disturbance of the existing
arrangements
or understandings with the Rotholders,
or any complete recasting of the accounts from the beginning.
Under these
circumstances
