The Engineer in charge of the Praya reclamation, has asked the following questions regarding the instructions contained in the fifth paragraph thereof, respecting the interest account of the reclamation fund:
(1) Is the interest accruing on the available portions of the first instalment paid by the Lot-holders, to be credited to them, from the date of payment until the work on the section, or portion of the section, as the case may be, is commenced?
(2) That on and after the commencement of the work on a section or a portion of a section, any interest on the balance of the first, or subsequent instalments will be transferred to the Colonial Treasury, and become the absolute property of the Government?
