that "The fees after calculation were of opinion that under the provisions of 53 and 54 Vict. Chap. 27, sec. 16, sub-sec. 3 fees should be paid to the various officers of the Court as heretofore, entry to that effect in Admiralty Court book.

In a letter from the Officer Administering the Government and addressed to the Chief Justice it was stated that a communication from the Chief Justice with reference to these fees would be forwarded to His Lordship the Secretary of State and that pending the receipt by you, the Chief Justice, of further instructions the question may be disposed of otherwise.
