Cadetship Regulations therewith forwarded, appear to me to be free from objection, but might possibly be as well to qualify regulation N. 9 by reference to the footnote that vacation leave counts as full service, and half pay leave as half service, for pension purposes.
A notification in the sense of the last paragraph of Your Lordship's despatch under acknowledgment will be published in the next issue of the Government Gazette.
