I have the honour to transmit for Your Lordship's information the enclosed report by the Harbour Master on the effect of the Sunday Cargo-Working Ordinance N.6 of 1891, showing the number of Sunday permits granted and availed of under its provisions during the last seven months of 1892 and during 1893 respectively. Similar reports will in future be furnished annually.
The only regulations made under section 6 of the Ordinance are those published under Government Notification N. 395 of the 2nd November last, copies of which were forwarded with my despatch W.216 of the 7th November last.
