Bidgood as Overseer in the Public Works Department, I have the honour to inform your Lordship that I sent the following telegram to you on the 14th instant, "Reclamation proceeds, re-engage Bidgood, and request that Mr Bidgood's engagement may be effected accordingly and arrangements made for his return to the Colony so as to arrive not later than the second week of April next.
