(1) the Art. Col. Dur– Valary $3600-d J. H. J. Buckle (acting). I consider him a promising officer. He is conscientious, takes a real interest in his work, and is readily available for essential correspondence. He has a decided aptitude for drafting and has generally performed well on average.
(2). Arif Bank, srd. A Sett has 25 years of service and draws $3240 plus $1296 as clerk of the formints, totaling $4536. He is a deserving officer and is considered good for his work. His duties include, in addition to his work as clerk of the Council, assisting the Land Officer with the work of the other clerks, ensuring that papers are submitted in a complete state to the Ct. Land, being responsible for matters as required, and generally fulfilling the ordinary functions of a chief clerk.
