Send him the enclosures to 18784 Say that the Postmaster General sees no objection to the terms of the draft Convention as amended by the U.S. Postal authorities, and that unless he has any further point to raise, two copies of the Convention should be signed by the Postmaster General of Hong Kong and transmitted to Washington for signature by the Postmaster General of the U.S. When this has been done a copy should be sent to us for the G.P.O.
