I have already been requested by the Rozal Commission, together with a copy of Lungeon's Report for 1891, dated the 21st.
I have to request you to send them to the Commission.
And ten further copies of that Report, if available, or fewer, if so many as ten are not available.
In the event of members of the Commission visiting the locality, I shall be glad if you will afford them every facility in your power for conducting the enquiry in which they are engaged.
A similar request has been addressed to the Governor of the Straits Settlement.
