property of the Egyptian Government, but the Company shall retain the right of having a station at Snakin for working their line between that place and Aden.
Article 10. All questions whatsoever which may arise under this Agreement shall be referred to Her Majesty's Government, whose decision thereon shall be final.
Article 11. This Agreement (unless sooner determined under article 8) shall remain in force until the expiration of the Convention of 1874 between the Egyptian Government and the Company, with the same right of renewal for twenty years as is provided in the said Convention.
Article 12. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the interior telegraphic traffic of Egypt, as to which entire liberty is reserved to the Egyptian Government.

And I do further attest that full faith and credit may and ought to be given to the said Agreement, the same having been duly signed and sealed in conformity with an Act or Resolution of the Board of Directors of the said Company unto me Notary produced, and also in accordance with the requirements of the Law relating to such Companies. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my said Seal of Office to save and avail where needful.
