In reply to your letter of the 13th ultimo,
I am directed by the Earl of Rosebery to state for the information of the Marquis of Ripon that the Italian Authorities at Cagliari will be prepared to take charge of the "Lienatie Rosada", provided that due notice is given of the date on which she may be expected to arrive at that Port.
