With reference to the despatch of the Governor of Hong Kong No.235 of the 11th of July last respecting the cost of passages to the Colony by the Canadian Pacific Railway Company's route, I have the honour to report, for the information of the Secretary of State, that the Company have now entirely suspended second-class passages to the East after the steamer leaving Vancouver on the 6th instant.
