In reply to your letter of ... that a cruising report of H.M.S. "Challenger" may be lent to the Hong Kong Observatory, I am commanded by my Lord Commissioners of the Admiralty to acquaint you, for the information of the Secretary of State, that this report was published by the Treasury to which application for a copy should be made.
