The Hon: Edward Bowdle v.
As this appears to be the first complaint officially made against Assistant Warder Myers during the 21 years he has been employed in the Government Service; and that his character during the 17 years he was in the Police Force was very good, he showed therefore I think he should be either sent back to the Police to complete his term of service, or his resignation accepted and a pension on a reduced scale granted to him in consideration of his previous good service.
