Warder noter Meyers

has not

been absolutely

drunk but gets into

a chronic state of alcoholism which makes him unfit for his duty. I

recommend he should be allowed

to resign on pension. I find he

commuted 10 years of his service in

the Police. He rejoined and has done

seven

years

in the Police, and four years in the Asylum

as Wardmaster.

He was secured in five minutes so the Wardmaster states.

I had previously given

this Wardmaster strict instructions
