relative to certain charges preferred against I. Myers, ~
Wardmaster in the Government Lunatic Asylum. They comprise the minutes of Council, written statements, and all material correspondence bearing on the case.

After taking the proceedings required by the regulations, I made the following order in Council in the case,
"That Myers be called upon to resign forthwith, and that the case be forwarded to the Captain-Superintendent of Police for report whether there is any objection to his being re-employed in the Police Force, which it appears he left 5 years ago with excellent testimonials.
