I have the honour to ask that if in terms of letter #199 dated 31st March last I have discharged the duties of Assistant Harbour Master to your satisfaction you will be pleased to forward for the favourable consideration of the Government the enclosed letter asking that to my case the provision of Colonial Office Regulations #108 may apply.
