DESPATCH.

Fees in Colonial Court of Admiralty

Sends letter from Chief Justice as to their disposal. Presumes they should be paid to the officers of the Court. Requests instructions as to procedure, thinks payment direct to them is preferable. Acknowledges that a vacancy fees should no longer be paid to officers.
