There should therefore be one examination in the summer time left to the Head leaving later the decision as to the propriety of occupying another six weeks in the winter time with another examination to be considered, as available for examination by the Inspector of Schools who would make his own arrangements conveniently so as to conduct it carefully both for himself and the Academaster and complete it before the commencement of the summer holidays.
