As the necessity for remitting from the General balance to the Crown Agents for investment will probably recur at intervals for some time to come, I would beg leave to suggest that they be instructed on receipt of telegrams to the effect "Draw-glycol", to draw for the number of lacs of dollars stated and to invest the proceeds (in Rupees) for the benefit of this Government.
