My dear Sir,
I do not use any particular dictum to gauge when leg-tender tends to depreciate, but it is difficult to tell exactly how they may work. The Mexican dollar follows well the intrinsic silver value.
I suffer anything which tends to depreciate their intrinsic silver value.
