Owing to the demand for land and the improvement in the class of buildings being erected, it has become necessary to definitely lay out the lines of proposed streets. This squatter's holding entirely blocks up one proposed street and encroaches on the ground proposed. I gave him notice to quit in accordance with the terms of his license.
